What information do we collect?

Our social sharing tools are designed to help faciliate organic social sharing of your videos. It is our goal to create a thriving community of social sharing affiliate marketers and advertisers.

You agree you are least 18 years old (or are of legal age to conduct business where you live), and you also agree to comply with all applicable laws where you live.

You must have a valid email address, and you agree to update your profile, if your email address changes.

You agree to accept email updates regarding our program.

All sales are final. No refunds. All advertising and promotion involves risk. After doing your own due diligence, if you deem your risk unacceptable for the cost of the membership level you are considering joining, then please consider a free membership instead. Please do not buy any Membership package, if doing so will place a hardship on you or your family and loved ones.

There is no recurring billing at this time. Should we later offer this for any reason, you will be able to cancel it at anytime in your members area. Go to "My Account" -> "Cancel."

Users may cancel at any time, by using the self cancellation feature in the members area. Go to "My Account" -> "Cancel", or by requesting their account be cancelled, using our contact support form. If you cancel your membership with the self cancellation feature, it becomes effective immediately.   (c) using bots with our websites 

Sites and individuals involved with the following activities are NOT ELIGIBLE: selling, providing or linking to unlicensed content, pornography, warez, pirated software, hacking or spamming software, bot software, email address lists or harvesting software, or any materials endorsing violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, gambling or criminal activity. 

Pictures and videos of people setting bad examples, swearing or doing stunts, as well as any person or animal being injured or taunted, whether intentionally or not, will not be accepted.

We aim to keep our network clean, positive and "high vibe". With that in mind, we reserve the right to refuse any ad or content for any reason. Anything negative, distasteful, illegal, immoral or that which does not meet our brand criteria and add value will not be accepted.

Members caught spamming or otherwise causing harm to our program or it's users, may have their accounts terminated.

We may terminate without notice, at our sole discretion, any membership deemed to be in breach of this agreement or otherwise found to be abusing or misusing the service, or harassing the other members or administrators in any way. 

We reserve the right to add or delete material within this site, and otherwise make changes to the service and this agreement without notice.

You are soley responsible for making sure your affilite link is properly formatted. You will not be compensated for any lost sales due to an incorrectly formatted affiliate link.

Commissions will not be paid out for any sales, which for any reason were refunded, reversed or "charged back".

We make no claims of income or guarantee that you will make money using our websites or services. Your ability to earn depends on a number of factors, including your own mindset coupled with your own actions, where and how (and how often) you advertise the program, and how well you brand yourself, build relationships, and follow up with, and close your leads.

It is your job to cultivate and close your own leads, and support, motivate and educate your team to do the same. Individual results may vary.

You agree not to make any claims, but instead, highlight what is possible.

You agree that any material you provide to us (upload, post, email etc.), may be used in our videos, and other instructional or promotional materials.

If you choose to have the company collect your commissions, you understand that all commissions earned will be released into your back office "bank" after 7 days, at which time, you must submit a withdrawal request in order to be paid. Payments are made on the 1st and 15th of each month.

If you choose to have the company collect your commissions, you agree to provide us with the necessary information (your SSN or TIN -- Tax Identification Number, full name and address) so we may pay you.

You understand your role as an affiliate marketer does not constitute a partnership, or employer / employee relationship, and affiliates are considered independent contractors, and as such, you are responsible for your own bookkeeping, taxes, and reporting, where applicable.

You may not use or create negative posts, pages, campaigns, videos, etc., with words such as "scam" or "scheme", or otherwise do nitwit things that will harm our brand. You may not offer special deals or cash back rebates. Members caught spamming or otherwise violating our TOS and or causing harm to our brand or program may have their accounts terminated.
